Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes the original packaging and any accompanying accessories.
  • Pierced jewelry (including earrings and body jewelry) cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. However, we do offer exchanges for defective or damaged pierced jewelry.
  • Gift cards, clearance, and personalized items are non-returnable.

How to Return Your Items:

  1. In-Store Returns:
    • Bring your items to any Claire’s store along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our store associates will assist you with your return or exchange.
    • Please ensure the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags still attached.
  2. Online Returns:
    • If you made a purchase through our website, you can return your items by following the steps below:
      1. Visit our Returns Portal: Go to our website and navigate to the “Returns” section to initiate your return. You will need your order number and email address to process the return.
      2. Print the Return Label: Once your return request is processed, we will provide you with a return label. Simply print it and attach it to your return package.
      3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the items you wish to return, ensuring that they are in their original, unused condition.
      4. Ship the Package: Drop off your return package at the nearest carrier location. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as Claire’s is not responsible for lost returns.

Return Shipping:

  • For online returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, or you can choose to receive store credit.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges for items purchased online. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If your return is due to an item being defective or damaged, we will offer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
